SAM BOMPAS and Harry Parr have built painstakingly correct models of London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral and Millennium Bridge, and a Madrid airport terminal complete with tiny airplanes. Unfortunately for anyone curious to see these extravagant works of architecture, they were eaten long ago. via NYT
Jelly Mongers

Love this image
1) Is "jelly" what the British call jello, then?
2) Why is it that English names work so well in partnerships together? I.e., their names and therefore their company is "Bompas & Parr"....that could easily be a corporate law firm instead of a jelly-mold making business....
3) I love this quote: ..."They were used as very lavish centerpieces, the way marzipan and sugar were used, but then jelly became corrupted by children's parties."
4) And yes, the above image is amazing!
I think this is better
