OK, first, that picture is priceless. Second, I want to hear what Steven Ward has to say about this, because I'm sure he'll have a better insight than I will.
Finally: isn't filling potholes only a short term fix? Is there a contract stipulating how long the KFC image has to be in place? The better solution would be to repave the road, it seems, which would eventually cover up the brands.
