I've been really enjoying Nick's UC Berkeley School Blog, especially since he started his world tour as part of his John K. Branner Fellowship. His Soundscrapes, "sonic slices through the global military atmosphere", are particular fascinating to follow as he traverses the globe.
In his latest post he describes the street food culture in Korea, and how it relates to their architecture. Awesome stuff
Nick, FYI, I realize it's an architecture blog, but you never need to hold back from discussing food in detail ;)
