As reported on Archinect a year ago, Maurice Agis, 76, creator of Dreamspace, has been convicted of breaching health and safety laws related to the deaths of two visitors to his inflatable sculpture in the UK in the summer of '06, but was not convicted of his charged claim of manslaughter.
