The American Institute of Architects has announced the winners of the 2009 Honor Awards for Architecture. The nine honorees represent a range of buildings with widely varying budgets, scales, and contexts. Man i can't get over how gorgeous that SOM bldg is
i'm really glad to see the salt point house win this year... i was a big advocate for it last year when i was on the jury, but i was outnumbered by the other members of the jury...
same thing with comer's youth center in chicago...
