It's the first official day of spring, and that means this year's crop of new developments is about to start hitting the market. They'll have a lot to live up to, because the season is starting off with a big one: 432 Park Avenue! The city's—nay, the western hemisphere's—future tallest residential building is now available. Or at least, two-thirds of the units are. — Curbed
The Rafael Vinoly-designed superscraper at 432 Park Avenue -- which, when finished, will be the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere -- has officially kicked-off sales. Prices for what's currently available? $20 million to $82.5 million.

Great, I will buy 4
hahahah
Surely, I'm mad, but I wouldn't swap what I have for this..
A recent transplant from the hills and plains of Texas, I am just beginning to discover NYC and it's skyline. This city is already unfathomably dense and vertical to me. Yet, it seems that changes are coming that will cause the world to look at the city on a whole new level.
Crap, the view that includes lower Manhattan ALSO includes a view of Philip Johnson's AT&T Chippendale topped building. I'd almost rather look at the park and the GW Bridge. I wonder if, at those prices, I could even afford 1 square foot of any of the units.
I liked the 432 Park Avenue so much, I bought all the floors after the last band of white light. Moving in soon.
I know it isn't the greatest building in NY, but the designers in this forum let me know what style is this building before I remodel my units here and there?
