Here are some links to the other 9 entries for the Camp Nou renovation. I still think Herzog de Meuron's is the most exiting of all.
If you want to see the models and drawings (and you happen to be in BCN) don't forget to stop by the Colegi de Arquitectes to see these beauties first hand.

i agree with you - i like the HdeM one, doesn't it say that the jury also considered it a fav?
Yes indeed. H&D seems that it was supposed to be the winner but one of the issues was that the stadium would have to be closed for an extended period of time during its renovation.
i like the urban feel of the "CVR" entry, but both "Domingo Ferre" and "Ferrater, Serra, Vives, Cartagena" are the ones i identify most with barca
the gaudi-link being made to foster's design is much more apparent in his physical model (rather than the comp. renderings); still does not feel like barca to me...
again, this is what i keep seeing...
the ferrater serra vives cartagena proposal is the only one that's believable as a building at this point. the others look like over-fetishized light fixtures but too abstract to be meaningful as design proposals.
after seeing the other proposals and regardless of the gaudiesque texture, i have to say that fosters proposal is a winner.
Probably they wanted a landmark for the cheapest price.. and they are getting it!!!
But there is an apparent resemblance to the Torre Agbar by Nouvel, which is also in Barcelona, makes one think a bit. But then again one is happy to see that Sauerbruch Hutton have indeed popularized it and now others jump in - colors are good!?!
I personally would have liked HdM to win, but I liked the simplicity of Sanaa or Claus en Caan (who actually don't have an office together anymore).
Btw, Foster an easily propose cheap prices, so no surprise there.
sasha...cka are a bit like a married couple that sleep in separate beds.
