We sure as hell aren't surging forward if we're still showing stock architecture photos with anything but a computer and/or model building....
The billings need to decrease in order for us to meet the 2030 challenge. Nothing built=nothing consumed.
national energy consumption is tied way more closely to building operations, rather than new construction. i wouldn't go around suggesting the opposite!
