As someone who is designing a flash site for a firm right now, No.. i don't think the age of architecture firm flash sites is gone.. at least for firms who think of web presence as something that gets updated yearly or bi-yearly (and a news rollout doesn't count).
A lot of firms just don't care about web presence. I guess they grew up on glossy magazines and that's where they get their self validation from being publisehd. :P
Not only are the majority of Architecture web sites quite horribly designed, but they are really dated. Ever heard of CSS?
Give it a few years and the architects of the world will catch up to the design sensibilities of soccer mom bloggers.
Hey Cameron - Speaking of the TED videos, we showed YOU speaking at TED to our GSA students this summer and they totally loved it - our star student sat with her mouth open saying "Awesome!!" every five minutes. You rock.

I'm surprised they are allowed to claim SPL as their own - but I guess that was agreed upon in the terms of the split.
Agree, Steven - the Annenberg browsing is lovely, though after that I couldn't get any of them to load...
Plus the Annenberg project looks quite cool.
LB - go watch the TED video on Netflix.
