WOW! this is not a simplification of sustainable design, but establishes the minimum of what sustainable really is. LEED is less bad, LBC is more good!
The title was in relation to the accreditation process not the nature of the deliverable, though even that point is contentious, all things considered, especially when taking the lifecycle view. Cost & complexity of retrofit or demolition options etc. But yeah, more good.
