The South Korean government has a moving date.
On August 11th, President Roh Moo-hyun announced a plan to build a new capital city from scratch on a 7,100-hectare greenfield site in the middle of the country. A competition will be held for the design of the still to be named capital. Construction is due to start in 2007. Relocation is planned for 2012. from the Economist.
