A curious interview from 1992 with Taliesin architect and Wright disciple Charles Montooth popped up on YouTube yesterday. Titled "The Advent of Computers at Taliesin," the interview is, of course, anachronistic and thus at times unintentionally funny but also prophetic: Montooth muses the consequences that losing a paper trail will create for historians, pens vs. pencils, and how CAD cured the mental blocks caused by his fear of wasting paper. | Watch

I met Moontooth 2 years ago when I went to Taliesin with school in the summer of '05. While he's much older now, he's still sharp and CADs away all day long.
