Another nicely executed and rendered speculative project. Unfortunately for me this is not enough anymore. To produce an image of a project, without recourse to physicality and viability has become far too common. This is a comment in general about many of the most interesting works I am seeing online and in school these days and has no bearing on the success of this particular scheme, but I feel the need to see more. I am left wondering what it is like to walk through these projects, to live in them, what does it smell like, how do the people interact with the building, how do they interact with their neighbors in the building? All these things seem to me to bring architecture its vitality. All these things are far moe critical to the success of a project.
i like this aprtment building. it is a little cactus? holland? well i could make dutch feel warmer in the freezing country. but probably long overhangs could work considering the azimuth numbers there. i also share some of the views with bdnelson. however, without being too serious, i think this project belongs to los angeles or las vegas. developers here should consider more adventurous schemas and renderings like this.
all in all, it shows how dutch are always lusting for warmth.

bdnelson, maybe they should build a 1 to 1 scale mockup.
