Abudhabi is the capital of UAE and is lesser known than it's more famous neighbour Dubai.
However, Abudhabi never was interested in real estate invesment due to the unusually high reserves of oil i has ..( 10 % of the worlds reserves). But due to the success of Dubai in Real Estate.. Abudhabi too has started to look in the same direction ..
and mind you .... They have LOTS of money ..
