In the race to create the world's tallest structures, the United States seems to be have a harder time getting it up. On a new list of the tallest buildings of 2005 from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, only one, Cesar Pelli's Bloomberg Tower in New York, is in America. Is history passing us by, should we be concerned, and does it have anything to do with the sapping of our precious bodily fluids? of all the strange loves, i find the love of skyscrapers (oh! those big'uns) the strangest! stranger still is Dr Salingaros who claims to have given up the love of those big'uns, cause America can't just get it up anymore. Preferes the supine position, he does.
