a piece of blue crap, if the red nonsense of vilette, the "only got built because i am the dean" building at columbia, the had no idea it was going to be built but somehow featured in architecture magazines no talent tschumi. and how could event cities go into the third volume?
also the so called "switch building", which my non-architect non artistic banker friend told me about last night over drinks, is right next door. if he knows it, it's got to suck. the type of person who thinks the lower east side is "cool" (it does, go check it out, it looks like a flimsy piece of crap)

what is the deal with residental develops these days? you have to live in the fucking penthouse to get a sense of foyer?
ya....entering on the kitchen in some of the other plans, more like the side/back door of a small house.
