Across America, recession-fueled foreclosures and plummeting home values have left countless properties abandoned and vulnerable to looting. what a flipping shameful disgusting waste! That's what is wrong with this country...The banks would rather tear them down and reduce the supply of housing then to sell them at a loss to a family that needs a home. If the bank refuses to maintain it, it should be foreited to the city, then the city could sell it for whatever they can get.
