each time wb talks about iraq, i hear a robot speaking..
a lot of that $18bn is already in the pockets of security sub contractors anyway. remember the fiasco about reagan administration paying something like $1500 for $10 hammers back in 80's for defense contractors? well, similar things happens in iraq contracts as well.
