Veteran filmmaker Bruce Beresford has signed on to develop and direct Taliesin, a film about fabled American architect Frank Lloyd Wright from writer Nicholas Meyer. — hollywoodreporter.com
Finally! I've been wondering for years why a movie about FLW hasn't yet been developed.
An actor hasn't been named yet. Who is your vote?

Peter Weller (aka Robocop) played Wright in the play "Frank's Home" about five years ago. I saw it in NYC and thought he was pretty good. I wouldn't be surprised if he's up for consideration.
Tom Wilkinson
Ben Kingsley? (with hair)
Daniel Day Lewis. He would probably design houses which would influence other architects for years to come before filming just to "get in the role". Also, he seems like a little bit of an eccentric, so he could really do Wright well.
Wright — Jon Voight
Julian Carlton, the (crazy) man who set Taliesin East on fire — Christopher Walken (I don't even know how Carloton looked like, but who cares... Walken's the mad man par excellence)
Russell Crowe — a young Louis Sullivan:
And Vincent Price would have been a great Frank Lloyd Wright...
gotta be christopher walken
No question - there's only one American actor who can play this role, and it is Adam Sandler.
My vote is for Gary Oldman, but probably they are gonna put Brad Pitt.
If this is the same feature film I had the pleasure to read the script maybe five six years ago. . All the characters are there; Sullivan, Walter Burley Griffith, and a lot of Chicago and Oak Park locations. Wright is characterized as a horn-dog. I will try and dig it out.

His personal life alone would be the stuff of a film. I wonder what kind of balance they'll have between that and his career.
