We should put together an Architect team and apply. We'd never beat out those designers of designers, Haliburton, but it'd be fun to try!

um, not for me... note that the money has not been 'appropriated yet'.
heard too many kidnapping stories from aid workers. not going to do it... no real protection, no job creation program in place.
