I know, Geoff, I know...but believe me the city changed dramatically from 1995-2005. It became hardly recognizable in the span of 10 years. It is a ridiculous city with more than a few morons at the helm, but don't write it off entirely, stuff happens there, just at its own pace, in its own way. I mean it took like 15 years to take down the burnt hulk of an empty skyscraper immediately adjacent to City Hall!!!

I will simply say that I am consistently amazed by the city of Philadelphia. Interpret that how you will...
