Blatantly obvious, yes. But apparently the US Census Bureau on Thursday released its first-ever estimates on daytime population changes. Lake Buena Vista, FL, is an amazing case in point. It is a strictly daytime city. From 16 residents, it grows to 30,768 during the day from workers commuting to Disney and surrounding businesses.
