Very sad but this is the way things are around here. For some reason, Giulliani got the last laugh after all. Bloomberg must be pretty pissed, althoguth he is a "Republican" his ideas are more in tune with what's to be expected of a great city like NYC.

Not really, sad to see the state in which this country is in..."if we build, we'll piss off "x"", if we don't we'll piss off "y""...Now which choice will hurt/help someones political career.
