has organized a team of designers and builders to erect ScrapHouse in the civic center plaza in downtown San Francisco. The challenge is to build a single family home completely out of scrap and salvaged materials in time for UN World Environment Day 2005 in SF. Check it out. It is being built as we speak and will be open to the public June 2nd.
