Pelli in Tulsa
Speaking of Cesar Pelli, he presented the final schematic design for a new Arena in downtown tulsa. The mayor says: "It will be known as a Cesar Pelli masterpiece – one that future generations will enjoy." read, pics of proposal: 1, 2, 3.

it's a pretty obvious rip off of arquitectonica's american airlines arena in miami (which is coincidently across the street from pelli's own miami performing arts center... so i'm sure he has seen it often).
