Los Angeles-based practice Michael Maltzan Architecture is welcoming applications for an Office and Business Development Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience and a Job Captain with 3–5 years of experience. The Office and Business Development Coordinator should have strong visual communication skills, be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and the development of presentation and printed materials. The Job Captain role requires a high level of proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam, in addition to strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

In New York City, Hill West Architects is seeking a Senior Design Architect with at least eight years of experience and an Intermediate Design Architect with a minimum of three years experience. Both positions require a background working on residential multi-family and/or high-rise projects. They also require strong working knowledge of Rhino, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Senior Design Architect will have experience leading the design of at least three residential or mixed-use projects.

Hospitality design firm Studio Unltd has two exciting positions on offer in Los Angeles: a Level I Interior Designer with 1–3 years of experience and an Intermediate Interior Designer with three plus years of experience. Both positions require proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Hand Sketching, and Microsoft Office Suite. Additional 3D rendering skills, such as V-Ray and Enscape, are a plus. Successful applicants to either role will also have experience in developing construction documents, including detailing, for multiple projects, and demonstrate the ability to manage small projects independently or in a team.

Obata Noblin Office is looking to add a Project Architect/Manager with a minimum of three years of experience to its San Francisco office. Strong candidates will have a background working on residential or small commercial, design-intensive projects. They will possess a strong proficiency with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. In addition, an in-depth understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and sustainable practices is required.

Boutique design firm HUXHUX Design is currently hiring a Retail Designer with a minimum of four years of experience in New York City. Qualified applicants must be proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Google Business programs. Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills are also a must, along with excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
