H Architecture seeks an Intermediate Architect/Designer
The firm is seeking intermediate architects/designers who is motivated and detail-oriented with leadership skills who wants to be involved in projects of high-rise building in NYC and diverse scales and types with the firm's cross-cultural design team. Candidates must have 4-6 Years’ experience at an architecture firm preferred but not required. Must have strong conceptualizing and visualizing skills as well as highly qualified-graphic eyes preferred. 

AAI Architects, P.C. seeks an Intermediate Architect
The ideal candidate should have the following: Completion of five or six-year architectural degree program or Master in Architecture program. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience with large-scale commercial, mixed-use, high-rise residential and institutional projects. Proven abilities in the production of meticulous architectural documents through all stages of a project’s lifespan —  from schematic design through to construction administration with focus on CD/CA. High level of proficiency in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Well-versed in New York Building Code.

Wolfgang & Hite seeks an Intermediate Architect
The firm is looking for an intermediate architect with at least 3-5 years experience to join their small and growing design team. The candidate should enjoy fast-paced design (largely tested in Rhino. Experience in AutoCAD and Grasshopper is a bonus.

Pei Partnership Architects seeks an Intermediate Architect
The firm seeks intermediate architects with 7 -10 years experience in commercial, residential and mixed-use NYC projects. AutoCAD competency required. Candidates with good 3D Rhino and rendering skills a plus.

The ideal candidate will work with and support senior architects on the development of projects. Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration and Authority submissions under guidance from senior architects. Must have ability to assist with all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. Assemble construction drawing sets in REVIT, including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.

Atema Architecture seeks an Intermediate Architect
Applicants should have: Minimum 5 years of architectural design and construction experience, B.Arch or M.Arch required. Ideal candidates will have strong Construction Document and Construction Administration experience. Familiarity with NYC construction techniques, filing, codes, and regulations is a must. Must have proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe CS.
