Candidate must have advanced skill in digital modeling using Rhino software and rendering (Rhino Vray or 3D Max). Candidate must be proficient in CAD and have at least 1-2  years of CAD experience in an architecture office in design development and construction documents. Candidate must also be proficient in Adobe Creatives Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and basic proficiency in a video editing software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects).
