I wonder when millionaires will realize that they need people who work for them nearby.
When everybody is rich you won't have nurses, firefighters and even people who clean up your trash.
Being selfish always backfires. You may consider this when you get sick or your house is burning.
The solution is pretty simple. Invest some of the millions in affordable housing nearby.
With great power comes great responsibility. When you overlook that other people may respond and some will be angry.
Silicon Valley cities have been outsourcing their housing for decades and they won't stop now.
