Went to see this building a few years ago. Still amazingly contemporary, fantastic details (a bit like a Bjarke Ingels building) - inventive and simple, especially the main meeting hall. With bonus of windows designed by Jean Prouve.

amazing. international style gets such a bad rap because of corrupt bureaucrats and cheap housing planners
