According to the Wall Street Journal, Frank Gehry and Santiago Calatrava may be joining the star-studded lineup of designers working on the Hudson Yards development, which — so far — includes SOM, Foster + Partners, Kohn Pedersen Fox, Diller Scofidio + Renfro with Rockwell Group, and Thomas Heatherwick, to name a few.

NYC is over. Hudson Yards missed the chance to hire Holl, Berke, Selldorf, and many other good architects.... now oops we built a bunch of glass garbage, let’s overcompensate with some Gehry now
I'd love to see them do a project as a team. Throw in Heatherwick + BIG too
The city of the futrure, designed by investors and egomaniacs. Perfect.
Manhattan = Dubai
NYC has always thrived on the energy of development. What's changed is our architectural culture. Greed will always be with us.
