Skidmore, Owings & Merrill released new rendering of their proposal for a master plan for Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station Precinct. Described as a “long-awaited vision of a bold, fully-integrated mixed-use urban district, with a vibrant transformation hub situated at its core,” the project in part is a response to research suggesting a “sizable uptick in transit activity in the coming decades.”
The master plan centers around the historic 30th Street Station, a Beaux Arts building that sits on the western bank of the Schuylkill River, which divides the city. The proposal includes shops, restaurants, and other spaces intended to foster an “iconic destination.” The total project area is 18,000,000 square feet.

i also do extensive architectural delineation works and these are just some constructive observation:
i have observed that in images 4,5 and 6 renderings, the people entourage compositions are well organized except that some people entourage are , it seems, not in correct visual proportions. The way i see it may vary to others' visual composition output..
no offense
When did "renders" replace rendings?
So...UPenn and Drexel need a skyline the size of Detroit?
