I should let my dog know he owes me $400 a month for his crate.
Don't you mean ....pod in a "friends" apartment.
Is this from the Onion?
It is April 1st.
back in the day, a very talented comedian rented my couch for $200 a month. i jumped over him from my bed (behind the couch) every morning. i rented out the vestibule at $200 a month for a sleeping bag and air matress spot and the bedroom for $250. Manhattan at $200 a month........one night the comedian, funny guy that he was brought home a hot girl, he tried to unfold the couch, but the distance between the couch and the big ass TV (huge) was not large enough to unfold the couch. in his anger he woke me up and i just started laughing. i offered my bed for the couple but she was over it and left. so the comedian and I played xbox and drank more beer........another night, the other comedian was getting it on with his girl in the room. his girlfriend was in theatre. the guy on the couch and I gave them an applause after the climax.........ahhh those were the days.
Olaf, $200 for a sleeping bag in the vestibule and $250 for the bedroom? Doesn't sound believable, something else must have factored in. :)
not everyone knew what they we paying and the couch and sleeping bag were not the permanent roommates, so we who were committed got better rates.
