This passes as a romantic ideal for some, and although those with money shouldn't be forced to contemplate anything, the total disconnect between the haves and have nots is difficult to fathom.
I wonder if Newyorkers know that there is this place called California that is like a million times nicer. I don't understand why anyone would pay that kind of money for an apartment in NYC.
People who have these also have a place in California. And Aspen, London, Cannes, South of France, etc.
