It *is* good news, because the conversation just took a huge leap forward.
It's sad that the RIBA had to deliberate this for so long before making a decision on this! Why did they need to stop and think about whether their member practices should adhere to employment law or not? Chumps.
I suppose Rux Design is fortunate that they aren't members in the RIBA, - "talented designers,...unpaid internship" (see jobs advert above). disheartening at best.
