A: It would be nice to see some interiors. Is there anything unique or interesting about them? Otherwise this is just decorative wallpaper on a generic tower.
B: The treatment of the roof line is terrible. Way to take a fluid facade and just hack it off at the top. Tah-Dah! Roof! For something that will easily be seen from various vistas around the city, the roof line is a huge missed opportunity.
C: Is this going to be the usually Gehry sun reflector? I wonder what the tenants who probably paid well over $1 million to live here will think when they get that harsh sun reflection in their bedrooms. Nevermind the neighboring buildings. Gehry must be on a mission to blind people. I wonder what that suggests??
