Our hero Glen Small starts to document his Abu Dhabi trilogy. Part 1:
"Stuart showed me on his computer the projects in their office. Frank Gehry Museum, Nouvel Museum, Zaha Hadid Performing Arts Complex, and a bunch of low rise housing developments. Lee mentioned the museums did not have to make money, but the development projects did."

I don't get it, Orhan...are you just going to post a link to every blog post Glen Small throws up?
It really seems like every time Glen makes a new post, you make a new post letting us know he made a new post.
Well I like Glen's work and I find his blog fun to read. A hoot most of the time. Even his failures are interesting. As to Orhan linking to the Small at Large blog why not? How many architects have had award winning films made about them?
And what about you? Where's your blog? What clever insights do you have to 'throw-up'?

I think it is a favor - getting reminded of the posts, the small blog is one of the delights around in the blogosphere - tha guy just has no filter:
"I DID A COUPLE OF ROUGH CONCEPT MODELS OF THE HOTEL AND GOLF CLUB IN TWO DAYS, I AM EXTREMELY FAST AT PROCESSING PROGRAMS AND DOING DESIGNS. IT IS A BLESSING AND A CURSE, BECAUSE WHEN PEOPLE SEE HOW EASY AND FAST IT IS FOR ME THEY DO NOT PAY THE SAME MONEY THAT OTHER DESIGNERS CHARGE AND TAKE MONTHS FOR THEM TO DO, AND EVEN THEN THEIR SCHEMES ARE QUESTIONABLE."
Yup. A curse on golfers and a blessing for readers.
WHY NOT? THERE WILL BE MORE TO COME. GO GLEN!! GREAT STORIES!!! YEAAAAAH!!!! HUUUUUUUYYYAAAAAAAA!!!!!! LOVE THE CAPS TOO!!!!
RIGHT ON!!!! - YAY!!!!
Is there a Glen Small facebook page by the way?
