I had this argument with someone at the office the other day! he hates life and wishes he had become a "financial advisor"...Sure the $$ could be better, but I love what I do...
maybe because unhappy architects LEAVE architecture?

I've heard a lot of architects say, "Sometimes I hate what I do, but I can't imagine doing anything else." I totally agree, although I'm only an arch. student, sometimes you hate the stress of the job but there's always something going on.
