This project is still in progress. This project is essentially a whole new house with the extent of remodeling and additions we proposed.  It is located in the hills of Monrovia and has some beautiful views that our client wanted to take advantage of.  There is an existing pool/spa structure that we had to be aware of and incorporate into our design.
