This 6-unit apartment complex is situated in Pasadena and is still a work in progress (at the time of posting).  It is located in the City of Gardens district which has some very strict design guidelines.  The city requires a large amount of designed garden space which really limits the buildable space.  We went through many iterations, some with more units and below grade parking, before we settled on this current design.
