QuikTrip is a multi-billion dollar privately held company and its corporate headquarters sits on an 80-acre site in Tulsa, OK. With business continuing to expand, the need to consolidate two separate offices into a single location became evident. The first project for Miles was to design a master plan for the site. The goal was to meet the company's projected growth needs through 2009 with phased additions. After an extensive programming phase, the first three wings, totaling 167,000-square feet, were built. 

In 2015, the 73,000-square foot Wing D was completed. Each of the four wings is departmentally organized and connected by a two-story "plaza" that includes a soda fountain and community space. 

The QT headquarters has diverse needs - from a test kitchen where food and equipment are put to the test, to a lab that tests fuel systems and provides 24/7/365 support for their 700+ stores in 11 states. The facility also includes a data center, trading floor, conference center, storm shelter (designed using FEMA standards), and the Oklahoma Division Offices. 

The prairie style design was developed from the client’s desire to utilize a regional architectural style in creating an employee-friendly atmosphere.
