Ivanka house is a mid-sized spec home for a family looking to upgrade their starting home in the City of Miami's smaller than the usual five thousand square foot lots.

The main challenge of this project was the dedication requirement that took 11 feet of the front of the property, leaving almost a square-sized lot but keeping the same program of at least three secondary bedrooms and the master suite.

We accomplished the challenge with a compact, feature-packed design that invites the user into a double-height foyer that opens into a side-to-side fully glazed great room looking onto the landscape in the backyard, connecting both interior and exterior spaces, allowing the family to enjoy group activities without worrying about space.

The first level also features a flex room that doubles as a home office or guest room. On the second floor, a full-sized master suite with a seating area, walk-in closet, and oversized shower invites the owners to relax and enjoy their time.
