This project looks at a newly proposed subway line with a stop at this West Hollywood intersection.  Housing and retail programs occupy the north end of the site, while a second location for the West Hollywood library is in the foreground courtyard with access to the subway.

Here there is an opportunity for the Los Angeles County metro heavy rail to have a double subway platform in the style of New York City’s express train.  With the addition of more rail lines in the County comes an increase in ridership and the demand for more dynamic train service.
