Projected for completion in 2023, Harmony Tower is a new mixed-use development in downtown Columbus, with an intent to re-densify a current surface parking lot and complement Columbus' historic Atlas Building directly to the south. 

The project includes:

• a five-story office, retail and parking structure (serving as a connector between the Atlas Building and Harmony Tower)
• 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space
• 40,000 square feet of offices
• a 250-space parking garage, and
• a 30-story tower that is divided between a hotel on the lower 15 floors and condominiums on the upper 15. 

A 25-story LED mesh also adds a dynamic element to the tower’s north façade. 

The project has a clear programming and site strategy to fit within the context of High Street—Columbus' main commercial thoroughfare—and the adjacent historic Atlas Building at the pedestrian scale, and to introduce a new iconic tower element the city’s skyline, as the tallest building built in Columbus in the last 30 years.
