The house was designed based on a three generations family. Layout was thought to give every generation its private space, silence and intimacy based on different daily schedules. 

Grandchild's bedroom are located in the tower. Parent's room are below so at to assist them during their early age. Complementing this wing of the house, the TV-room is located. 

The master bedroom suite is located in the right wing, opposite to the left  wing where grand kids and their parents have their bedrooms. This allows more independence and silence, specially during morning or night hours.

Being an extended area layout, the design takes in consideration the opportunity of making use of the house in fragmented areas, so as to avoid maintaining the entire place when the occupancy is small. 

The project takes advantage of the plot width to incorporate as much light as possible into circulation or common areas.

In order to avoid long corridors some spaces absorb the circulation path resulting in bigger spaces less fragmented.
