Qualitative properties around the site are found and designated in order to measure them with topographical maps that allows connection from the financial district to the new Pier and heliport on the water front. Features of the Minimal Surfaces shape themselves based on the cultures living in the area embedding time and program which therefore creates scenarios that reflects the potential of each quality into cultures and physical space enhancing social interaction. Its ability to adapt in both high and low range, inflects the form adapting through time and space.
