With the exponencial development of the last decades - economical, scientific, educational and technological - the City unfolds itself defective in its accelerated expansion. Translating into over-occupied compounds, its configuration harms the program’s experiential habitat. Each step given towards the City periphery, has the possibility of being slowly matched without imposing leads on its insertion , or to amplify the hinge between the rural reality and the imperative needs of a City.

- We can accept a temporal break between the design of each space and, in consequence, between their nature, but this awareness does not confirm the contempt of that division.

- The overall growth, of the city and the man, dismisses original practices from their updated forms, but does not nullify their relationship. Therefore, instead of an invisible boundary (responsible for the programmatic alienation), we can find potential correlations capable of qualifying space and the city’s (pendulum) choreography.

- The public space amicably inflates and incorporates the surrounding programs, requalifying the city by extension - while the presence of vegetation aims intelligibility and scale transition.
