As the site of the project was outside the city, somewhere in flat desert (in the ongoing commercial and ministerial complex), Design concept focused on Making the light & views as an individual element to join with the massive architectural elements.
The duel-vertical form of the building helps to have sunlight and view in each of the residential rooms. Green Gardens repeat in levels to bring the relaxing mode to the space and also for ventilation aspects. The facade was turning to be a skin to wrap these two parts together and also getting to be a roof for sport complex.
