A long, curved entrance was implemented to deliver a Feng Shui experience. As one enters the gate, a right turn must be made to see the house. This path, adorned with plants, was intentionally created to develop a sense of expectancy before seeing the actual house, marking a strong first impression.
The house’s main façade consists of a hug-shaped block representing a welcoming entrance, followed by a low roof and a bridge that guides towards the main door.
As entering the door, there is a visual integration of all the living areas, with a direct view to the back patio. The house has 2 patios: The back patio is meant to be a private space for family activities, and the front patio is meant to be used as a living room extension for social occasions. The swimming pool is designed with a black, green and white tile work. It is surrounded by trees and a cantilevered barbeque area, that is connected to the kitchen inside. The house is surrounded by an angled-cut bamboo fence.
