Managed design & built of the 10.900 square meters new building in Italy: The project: Mixed use industrial/directional development new building in Italy (Formello, Rome area): offices, warehouses, health care labs, nursery, convention centre, mess - cafeteria, parking areas; 22 Million Euro total budget; Delivered to client during June 2008. Direct design and business, manage the staff and supervise financial operations. Responsibilities include: - Responsibility for P & L. Overall accountability for the success of each project and for ensuring the client is able to realize the ex- pected business benefits from the use of the relevant portfolio. - Cost accounting and administrative tasks ensuring peak profit performance. - Work with Architects, Engineers, QS and Managers to prepare each development for progress examination at each Approval Gate- way of the Development Control Process and through documentary evidence provide assurance to the client and other members of the Board that each project can progress successfully to the next stage in its lifecycle. - Ensure all aspects of firm governance are in place i.e. establishes structures, processes and procedures that ensure each project sustains and extends client strategies and objectives. - Senior client/suppliers engagement up to and including senior executive level. - Leading, influencing and managing change within a complex environment. - Detailed knowledge/experience of best practice Programmed Management methodology. - Working within a matrix organization and managing cross-cultural teams. - Management of outsourcing contracts. Home office responsibilities include also providing quality pre-construction consulting, concept design, architectural design, building permit, and projecting management services. Provide critical strategic planning: execute project design staging.
